Benny's worst nightmare finally occurred. I've never seen a little boy more devastated and for those who have seen Benny's "sad" face you truly know what I mean. Yes Lightening McQueen fell in the toilet. Yes, Ben was in the process of using the toilet, and, yes it wasn't the type of toilet visit that could be done standing up. Like any stalwart mother I closed my eyes, plunged in (no pun intended) and retrieved Benny's best friend. Was it awful? Yep Was it totally worth the look of adoration and love on Benny's face when I presented a totally sanitized and safe lightening McQqueen. Yep...well almost.

Oh man Kelti!! You are one brave woman!! I hope you use tongs or gloves or something. Now that is dedication!! Plus if it didn't come out it may have been worse to have a clogged toilet. Benny's sad face is heartbreaking!

Vance has that same treasured McQueen and it looks beat up exactly like Benny's. AND, it has almost fallen in the toilet. Thank goodness I have not had to prove my love yet. You're brave.
